Rice pudding is a dessert that is loved by everyone, There are many variants of Rice pudding as you can add raisins , cinnamon ,nuts or even Icecream to the warm pudding. Here's the basic recipe I usually use ,it's so easy & done in nearly 40 minutes.

Those are lovely salty cheesy bars or cookies that are so easy and are ideal for parties or kids' birthdays.
you can try them using 1 type of cheese or a mixture of your favourite cheese.

This is nearly my first successful bread recipe! I took it from a dear friend "Naglaa" who loves baking & who is "for me" a bread expert :) This is an adictive no fail recipe , I did it 4 times in one week & we eat it hot as soon as it gets out of the oven without even filing it! my kids loved it & so did I !!! I guess Creme Caramel was everyone's favourite childhood dessert! I personally loved it as a baby ( I was told) & as a child & still love it till now! It does remind me of childhood memories whenever I smell it baking in the oven or eat it!! Here's my mother's & grandmother's family Creme Caramel recipe :)

This Chocolate Lava Cake, or you ca call it Molton Chocolate Cake or even Chocolate Fondant Cake!
It's a delicious Cake which is liquidy from inside & one of the most delicious Chocolate Cakes I've ever tried! I did try it a couple of years ago twice with complete failure to make this mouth watering & tempting runny chocolate inside! This recipe I found in a German  book & was the easiest as I don't have to separate eggs!!!! Here it is the amazing eaasssyyy recipe :)

Yeast Apple Cake . Apfelschnitten. كيك الخميرة بالتفاح

 This a delicious German Apple Cake made of yeast dough, it's so delicious & you can make it only with Apples or Apples & Blueberries or with any other fruits.

Minestrone Soup is an Italian thick soup made of green & kidney beans, Carrots, Tomatoes & Pasta. It's delicious & considered as a whole meal . I made it for lunch & we enjoyed it with the Italian Ciabatta bread & it was a delicious meal that my kids also loved! (lucky me :) )

This is one of my favourite Apple Cake recipes, It's inspired from Dr. Oetker book "Backen macht freude",  with some minor modifications. I've tried a lot of apple cake recipes, but this one is really good & is the one I do a lot :)

Cake Pops were my kids's dream since they saw a Cake pop picture for a friend who did it for her daughter's birthday party! I've been searching for recipes and I found them all containg cream cheese that I don't like a lot in Cakes! Then I found a recipe with Vanilla Cake & condensed milk! so I knew the whole idea is about bringing the already made Cake into a soft dough to make small balls & stick them to a stick & cover with icing, so I had some cupcake leftovers & some chocolate frosting so I mixed them together & came up with a very chocolaty Cake pops! I also didn't have the special Cake pops sticks, so I used the wooden skewers that we use in grilling, here we go with this simple and delicious recipe!
