I love Food Photography and many professional food photos I've seen in magazines or books have always a nice wooden background ! I tried searching in amazon & ebay for those wooden blocks but always found them expensive or did not find them at all ! Then I started searching in internet & found an amazing blog for an amazing German lady called Eva & she gave me the best clue ever! She gave me the hint that I wanted ! This was out our dessert for the new year!  It was so tasty & delicious.
The cupcakes turned out so pretty that I wanted to shoot them without any additives to the shot! Just the Cupcake alone will make a pretty photo , & I guess it gave me the pretty effect I wanted. just added my cup of Coffee in a pic to add the warm feeling to the picture :))

Ingredients (9 large cupcakes)

These Cookies are so easy to make & so buttery & melts in your mouth.
Amazing with a cup of Coffee or Tea!

Green Pea Soup. Erbsensuppe

My Mom once told me, you can use any type of vegetables in making Soups & I remembered her words & I use the basic recipe for Soup & add any vegetable to it (according to the seasonal vegetables) & it works just perfect! I even combine many veggies together & it's never failed!
Here's my version of Pea Soup, hope you like it!

Chicken Mushroom cream Soup. Hühner cremesuppe mit Champignon.

Cream Chicken-Mushroom Soup is my first Choice for Soup for any guest invitations at home ! It's easy & I love it! I also have it with Bread & Salad sometimes for Lunch, as it's a complete & rich meal .
You can also add some vegetables to it & it will turn out to be even more delicious!

Double Chocolate Cookies.

It's Cookies season & We've already started baking over here :) The kids did some amazing Cookies that I will add the recipes for soon!!
Those Cookies are a personal favourite for me & the kids, the taste somehow like Brownies & are so delicious with a cup of milk!

This is an amazing Cake that is ideal for Coffe in Winter cold days.

Pasta Tomato Sauce. Spaghetti Tomatensoße. صوص الطماطم للمكرونة

This is my favourite Pasta Tomato Sauce that I learned from my mother ,with some modifications added latter by me :) My kids & family love this easy Sauce & I hope you try it & I'm sure you'll love it!
