Chicken Shawerma Fettah فتة شاورما الدجاجReis-Hähnchen Gericht



A Lebanese delicious dish!

Ingredients:



500 gm chicken breast fillet(cut in cubes)
150 ml yogurt
salt & pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar
chicken spices
Freshly chopped parsley
2 tomatoes cut in cubes
2 cups Rice
3-4 white bread (or Pita bread)
5 Tablespoons Oil

For the Garlic Sauce:
1/2 Cup Yogurt
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
4 finely grated Garlic cloves
1 Teaspoon vinegar
Salt


Preparation:
Chicken:
Marinade chicken with yogurt,Vinegar, chicken spices,Salt & Pepper. leave for 3 hours in marinade.
Fry in a pan with 3 Tablespoons Oil & keep stirring till done (around 15 minutes)
After cooking chicken has been cooked , turn off the heat & add parsley & tomatoes (remove the liquid core of the Tomatoes so as not to turn the chicken soggy)

Rice :
Cook the Rice as you are used to: Add 2 cups Basmati Rice + 3 Cups water + some Butter & Salt &cover with water in a pot & turn on the heat ,wait till water boils then reduce the heat till cooked (10-15 minutes)
Bread: 
Cut bread into small pieces with a siscors & drizzle with 2 Table spoons Oil & mix well & enter a high heat oven (220°C) for 15-20 minutes till crunchy from all sides

Garlic Sauce:
Mix the Sauce ingredients with a fork till well blended & smooth.

Serving:
In a Casserole or a wide Bowl put in layers:
Bread, then Rice, Then Chicken & finally the Garlic Sauce. & Enjoy!


Reis-Hähnchen Gericht

Zutaten :

500 g Hähnchenbrustfilet (in Würfel geschnitten)
150 ml Joghurt
Salz und Pfeffer
2 EL Essig
Huhn Gewürze
Frisch gehackte Petersilie
2 Tomaten in Würfel geschnitten
2 Tassen Reis (Basmati )
3-4 Weißbrot (oder Pita-Brot)
5 Esslöffel Öl

Für die Knoblauch-Sauce: 
1/2 Tasse Joghurt
1/2 Tasse Mayonnaise
4 Knoblauchzehen fein gerieben
1 Teelöffel Essig
Salz


Zubereitung:

Hähnchen: 
Hähnchen in der marinade ( Joghurt , Essig , Salz, Pfeffer & Huhn Gewürz ) ca. 2-3 Stunden lassen.
Mit 3 EL Öl Braten auf je seite.
Vom Herd nehmen & Frisch Petersilie & Tomaten zugeben & mischen .

Reis :
Reis normal kochen

Pita (oder Weißes Brot )
in kleine Stücke schneiden & mit 2 EL Öl mischen & Im Ofen ca. 15 minutes bis goldbraun backen.

Knoblauch Soße:
Alle zutaten glatt rühren

Servieren:

In einer Auflauf (oder Teller) In Schichten , Pita Brot verteilen , dann Reis darüber verteilen , dann Hähnchen & am ende Knoblauch Soße verteilen.

      Dear I have a mixture of chicken spices (sold in LIDL) ,but you can only use Salt & Pepper ,or any spices you want.
