Muesli with yogurt


Müsli (Muesli) is a healthy breakfast based on
rolled Oats, fruits & nuts. It´s available in packages for the dry form. Oats contain soluble & insoluble fibers (which are important for lowering cholesterol & preventing constipation ) , Vitamins & antioxidants. The nuts or dried fruits included in Muesli contain also many vitamins & minerals.

For a Healthy Breakfast, mix Müsli with yogurt or milk & sweeten with Honey . You can also add some fruits on top.
