An easy savory Muffin recipe that is ideal for Breakfast,Brunch or as a light dinner.
Ingredients:(makes 12 Muffins)
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
120 gm Cheddar cheese (or Gouda)
2 tsp sugar
2 egg
60 ml oil
2 large sausages (Hot dogs) cut into pieces
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk.
2 table spoons black olives
2 tablespoons sweet corn
Preparation:
With an electrical mixer, beat oil, eggs & Milk, then add the dry ingredients (Flour,Salt, sugar,baking soda & baking powder) & beat.
Add the Sausages,Cheese,Olives & corn & mix with a spoon.
divide the batter evenly into 12 cupcake papers & enter preheated oven (180°) for 20 minutes.
My Tip
You can add other types of vegetables like pepper or grated carrot. And also you can replace sausages with salami cut into pieces & add some pieces of Mushroom cut into slices.
Wurst-Käse Muffins
Zutaten:
2 Tassen Mehl
1 TL Back pulver
1 TL Back Soda
120 g Cheddar käse
2 Wurst (in kleine stücke geschnitten)
2 Eier
60 ml Öl
2 TL Zucker
1TL Salz
1 Tasse Milch
2 EL Schwarz Oliven
2EL mais
Zubereitung:
Back ofen vorhitzen (180°C)
Mit einem Schneebesen ,Öl,Eier & Milch mischen.
Trockene zutaten (Mehl,Backpulver,Bacck Soda,Salz & Zucker) hinzufügen & mischen.
Wurst,Käse,Oliven & Mais Hinzufügen & mit einem Löffel mischen.
In einer Muffin form mit 12 Muffin papier, den Teig gleichmäßig verteilen & im vorgehtizte Backofen für 20 minuten geben.
Hi... I baked this sweet ones few hours ago, I couldn't stop myself from eating one while still hot .. Nice recipe, the corn and olives were really tasty, my problem s that I couldn't have that nice convex top, mine was half flat!! So , any tips for me?

Deletenext time increse the amount of flour by 1/2 a cup & you will get a nice doom on top.
