The perfect Chocolate Cake. (Der Perfekte Schokoladekuchen mit Schoko Glasur)


After so many Chocolate Cake trials ,this happens to be my favourite! moist, chocolaty & melts in your mouth.



Ingredients:
The Cake
100 gm soft butter
2 eggs
1 packet of Vanilla
1 cup of sugar
200 gm Sour cream
1 cup (175 gm) sifted Flour
1/2 cup dark Cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup warm water
1 teaspoon instant Coffee (Nescafe)
A pinch of Salt

The Chocolate Ganache
100 gm Semisweet Chocolate
100 gm whipping cream (or milk)

Preparation:
The Cake:
Heat the oven to 180°C (minimum 15 minutes before baking)
With an electrical mixer, mix Butter & sugar till creamy, then add eggs & vanilla & keep beating till creamy & fluffy.
Add the sour cream & mix well, then add the warm water with the instant Coffee dissolved in it & mix.
To the same mixture add the sifted Flour+ Sifted Cocoa & Baking powder & soda in patches during mixing.
Butter a nonstick Cake mould & put  the cake & enter the oven for around 45 minutes.

The Ganache:
over a water bath, melt chocolate with cream while stirring.

After taking the Cake out of the oven ,wait till it cools for 10 minutes then make some holes above your Cake with a knife & Pour the hot Ganache over it.
Wait for the Cake to cool then serve.



 Der Perfekte Schokoladen Kuchen

Zutaten:
Der Kuchen:
100 g weiche Butter
2 Eier
1 Päckchen Vanillienzucker
1 Becher Zucker
200 g Sauersahne
1 Becher (175 gm) gesiebte Mehl
1/2 Becher dunkler Kakao
1/2 Teelöffel Backpulver
1/2 Teelöffel Natron
1/2 Tasse warmes Wasser
1 Teelöffel Instant Kaffee (Nescafe)
Eine Prise Salz

Die Schokoladen Ganache (Glasur):

100 g Zartbitterschokolade
100 g Sahne (oder Milch)

Zubereitung:

Der Kuchen:




*Heizen Sie den Backofen auf 180 ° C (mindestens 15 Minuten vor dem Backen)
*Mit einem elektrischen Mixer, mischen Butter und Zucker bis cremig, dann Eier und Vanille hinzufügen & schlagen bis cremig & flauschig.
*Sauersahne hinzufügen & und gut mischen.
*Kaffe im Wasser Aulösen & in der Mischung hinzufügen.
*Die Trockene Zutaten (Mehl,Kakao,BackPulver,Natron & Saltz) in der Mischung geben & alles Glatt rühren.
*In einer gefttete Kuchen Form geben, & im Backofen für ca. 50 minuten geben.
Die Glasur:

Schokoladen & Sahne auf wasserbad schmelzen.

Servieren:
Machen löcher auf den Kuchen mit einem Gabel & auf den gekühlte Kuchen gießen.

    Kindly explain did you use beater in the whole process of beating or shall we use some spatula for beating the dry ingredients ?

    1. I beat the dry ingredients with the mixer, few moments only until blended...but you can mix using a spatula.
