This is a healthy sweet Potatoes recipe, so easy & so delicious. This is how we eat sweet Potatoes in Egypt, Roasted in the oven, we don't use it as a salty dish, instead, we use it as a sweet dessert!
All you need is:
Sweet Potatoes
Some sugar to sprinkle over sweet Potatoes.
Method:
Preheat the oven to 220°C
Wash sweet potatoes & cut them into thick slices.
Sprinkle some sugar ove the slices.
Enter Preheated oven for around 15 minutes then turn your sweet Potatoes to the other side & continue roasting for another 10-15 minutes.

Zubereitung:
Backofen auf 220°C vorhitzen.
Süßkartoffeln washen & in dicke scheiben schneiden.
Mit zucker streuseln .
Auf backpapier legen & im ofen für 15 minuten backen ,dann umdrehen & für noch 10-15 minuten backen.
البطاطا المشوية في الفرن : اغسلي البطاطا وقطعيها شرايح سميكة . ضعيها على ورق زبدة ورشي فوقها القليل من السكر ثم ادخليها فرن مسخن مسبقاً على 220 درجة لمدة 15 دقيقة ثم اقلبيها على الوجه الآخر لمدة 10- 15 دقيقة.
