Whenever I find myself craving for chocolate, I don´t find anything better then Brownies :)
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 packet of vanilla
125 gm butter
200 gm dark (or semisweet) Chocolate
1/2 c Castor Sugar
1/2 c Brown Sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 Tablespoon dark Cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Optional (but gives Richness to taste : some Chocolate chipe and/or some chopped Walnuts )
Preparation:
Prepare your 20X20 cm Brownies (or any cake ) Form, by covering with parchament paper.& Preheat the Oven to 180°C.
Over a water bath melt butter & chocolate together (I usually do it directly over low heat with continous stirring)& leave to cool for few moments..
With an electrical mixer, beat eggs,vanilla,& sugar.
Gradually add the dry ingredients while beating.
Finally add the melted chocolate-Butter mixture.
Then add the Walnuts or Chocolate Chips & mix with a spoons.
Put the Brownies batter into the form & enter a preheated oven for around 25-30 minutes.
Let cool & cut into squares.
You can serve with Icecream & chocolate sauce ( Recipe here : http://drolacooks.blogspot.de/2013/10/chocolate-sauce-ganache-schokoladensoe.html )
or Strawberries or simply eat it with Coffe!

البراونيز
هذه وصفة البراونيز المفضلة لي ، سهلة جدا وسريعة و ألذ طعم للبرونيز !!
المكونات : ٣ بيضات + فانيليا (سائلة أو بودرة ) / ١٢٥ جم زبدة / ٢٠٠ جم شوكولاتة غامقة / ١/٢ كوب سكر / ١/٢ كوب سكر بني ( أو كوب واحد سكر أبيض ) / ٣/٤ كوب دقيق / ١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة بكنغ بودر / ١ ملعقة كبيرة كاكاو خام
إختياري: (لكن يعطي طعم البرونيز طعم أغنى و أحلى) : عين الجمل المجروش أو قطع الشكولاتة
ملحوظة : لعمل السكر البني اخلطي كوب سكر ( ناقص ملعقة ) مع ملعقة كبيرة عسل اسود
الطريقة : نسخن الفرن على نار متوسطة ( ١٨٠ درجة) : تذاب الزبدة مع الشكولاتة الخام على حمام مائي ( أو مباشرة على نار هادئة ) و تترك جانبا لتبرد قليلا . نحضر الصنية المربعة أو المستطيلة ( حوالي ٢٠ x ٢٥ كم ) عن طريق التغطية بورق زبدة
يضرب البيض جيداً مع الفانيليا والسكر ،ثم تضاف المكونات الجافة ( المنخولة ) ثم يضاف خليط الشكولاتة والزبدة أثناء الضرب ، يضاف عين الجمل أو الشكولاتة ثم يقلب الخليط بالملعقة . ندخل الصنية في الفرن و تخبز ل-٢٥-٣٠ دقيقة
تقطع مربعات و تقدم دافئة مع الأيس كريم و صوص الشوكولاتة
