Stuffed Vine leaves. Gefüllte Weinblätter.

Stuffed Vine leaves is one of my favourite dishes. I don't usually do it a lot as I'm too slow in wrapping the leaves (unlike my Mom who taught me this recipe) , but it's a family favourite & we do it usually in Egypt for Guests as it's a very special & delicious dish.

Here's the recipe that I always use , some people add some cooked Minced meat to the filling, but I personally prefer it only with Rice & Herbs.

Caramel Sauce. Karamellsoße. صوص الكراميل

I Never imagined that hommemade Caramel Sauce will be that amazing & tasty!!
This recipe i came up with after trying a lot of other recipes, some were so thick like Candy, some were too runny & some were too sweet!!
I made it with Cinnabons & it was the perfect treat with a cup of Coffe!!
You can also serve with Ice cream or Cupcakes or any other dessert of your choice!

Grilled Lamb chops with herbs. Gegrilltes Lammkotelett mit Kräuter. الريش الضاني المشوية بالاعشاب

This is an easy delicious way to do Lamb Kotletts or chops, it's done in nearly 10 minutes after maination for few hours!
we usually eat Lamb meat in Egypt more in our feast which is coming up soon, & we usually eat it with "Fattah"  (recipe here: ).
or you can simply serve it with Rice or French fries!

This is an easy & light Salad that I do like to eat as light dinner or as a snack between meals.

This is an easy & nice Tart recipe, it's a mixture of a bit sweet & salty taste, hope you try it because I'm sure you'll like it.
