Sea food cream Soup. شوربة فواكه البحر بالكريمه




Sea food cream Soup 


Ingredients 

300 gm of mixed sea food 
200 gm mussels 
some shrimp shells ( I usually freeze them for this kind of soup ) (or you can use 2 cubes of fish or vegetable stock )
1 celery stick
1 onion finely chopped
salt & pepper 
2-3 Tablespoons corn starch 
200 ml cream
some freshely chopped parsely
green beans (optional)
750 ml Water

Tahini Sauce . Tahini Soße.


Tahini Sauce is a very popular Egyptian (or Oriental ) Sauce, we actually call it in Egypt Tahini "Salad" not "sauce" , it's very easy , done in very few minutes & it's an amazing side dish with all grilled dishes . We also eat it with bread for breakfast or lunch beside other dishes , it's delicious & you can add the spices you want to it & you can control its thickness , by adding more or less water. I personally prefer it a bit liquidy , but some people prefer it thick, Some people add "Hummus" or Yogurt to it. but this is the basic recipe & you create your own recipe out of this basic recipe.

Spiced Rice with Chicken Liver and nuts. Gewürzreis mit Hänchen Leber und Magen und Nüße.


This spiced delicious Rice is oneof my mother's amazing recipes that I've always loved as a side dish or a whole meal !
It's delicious & you can do it without the Chicken Liver, Stomach & Heart and Nuts.
You can also remove or add more spices according to your personal taste!

extra-crispy fried Cauliflower . Knuspriger gebratener Blumenkohl. القرنبيط المقلي المقرمش


 I love Cauliflower , my kids like it too because they are still convinced that it is white Broccoli & they do love Broccoli :) I came up with this recipe after having baguette leftovers,so I decided to fry Cauliflower with, then to give it an extra crispy taste I decided to add Cornmeal  to the original recipe I'm always used to! It was a real hit & was really delicious! I served it with Tomato-Basil Sauce ,but you can use your favourite dip with it or just enjoy it alone!

Crispy Cheese Crackers. Käsecrackern. مقرمشات الجبنة


I've seen those Crackers a couple of days ago in a German Blog served with soup and I loved them, they are super-easy and can be served with Soups, Salads, or as I made them with any dip of your choice, I served them with yogurt Dip.

Ingredients:
