Spinach-Feta Muffins. Spinat-Feta Muffins. مافنز السبانخ والجبنة الفيتا



 I've made those savory muffins before with Sausages , Today I decided to try the same recipe with Spinach and Feta cheese ,they were unbelievably delicious!! Frosting them with herbal cream cheese was also an amazing idea, they looked really elegant & tempting! I really recommend those muffins for breakfast of brunch ! They are just the perfect choice & my kids loved them too!

Ingredients: (12)



2 cups of Flour (300 gm)
1 Teaspoon Baking powder
1 Cup Milk
1/2 cup Oil
2 Eggs
2 Teaspoons sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
250 gm Frozen Spinach
100 gm Feta cheese

For the Frosting:
200 gm Herbal cream cheese
4 Tablespoons Milk

Preparation:

Preheat your over to 180°C
Prepare your Muffin tin by placing 12 cupcake liners.
Leave Spinach to thaw and place it in a sieve and  press very well with your fingers to drain any remaining water.
Cut Feta into small cubes.
In a mixing bowl, add All ingredients (without Spinach and Feta) and mix well with an electrical mixer till smooth.
Add the Spinach and Feta then mix with a spoon.
divide the batter into the 12 muffin liners and enter the oven for around 20-25 minutes.

For the Frosting:
Mix cream cheese with milk very well till smooth.
Add in a piping bag with a star tip.
Pipe some stars over your muffins & decorate with Parsley.


Spinat-Feta Muffins

Zutaten:


2 Tassen Mehl (300 g)
1 Teelöffel Backpulver
1 Tasse Milch
1/2 Tasse Öl
2 Eier
2 Teelöffel Zucker
1 Teelöffel Salz
250 gm Gefrorener Spinat
100 g Feta-Käse
Für den Belag: (optional)
200 g Kräuter-Frischkäse
4 Esslöffel Milch

Zubereitung:

Backofen auf 180°C vorheizen.
Muffinform mit 12 Muffinförmchen vorbereiten.
Spinat im Sieb auftauen und mit den fingern abdrücken so das restliche Wasser ablaufen kann.
Feta im kleine würfel schneiden.
In einer Schüssel alle Zutaten (außer Spinat und Feta) glattrühren.
Spinat und Feta hinzufügen und mit einem Löffel rühren.
Den Teig auf 12 Muffinförmchen verteilen und für ca. 20-25 minuten backen.

Den Belag (Guß)
Frischkäse und Milch glattrühren und im spritzbeutel mit einer spritztülle geben und die Muffins dekorieren.

هذه المفنز لذيذة جداً وجميلة في الفطور أو العشاء أو في علبة أكل الأطفال في المدارس (بدون الفروستنغ 

المكونات : (١٢
٢ كوب دقيق (حوالي ٣٠٠ جم) / 1 ملعقة بكنغ باودر / 1 كوب لبن / 1/٢ كوب زيت / ٢ بيضة / ٢ ملعقة صغيرة سكر / 1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح / ٢٥٠ جم سبانخ مجمدة / ١٠٠ جم جبنة فتا
للفروستينغ ( إختياري ) : ٢٠٠ جم جبنة كريمي بالاعشاب + 3 ملاعق كبيرة لبن 

الطريقة: سخني الفرن على ١٨٠ درجة وحضري صينيت الكاب كيك بوضع ورق الكاب كيك فيها
سيحي السبانخ في مصفاه واضغطي بيأصبعك حتى تصفيها من الماء. وقطعي الجبنة الفتا مكعبات صغيرة  
اخلطي جميع مكونات المافنز بالمضرب الكهربائي حتى تصبح ناعمة ثم ضيفي السبانخ والجبنة وقلبي بملعقة ثم وزعي العجين على ١٢ فورمة كب كيك وإخبزيها في الفرن حوالي ٢٠-٢٥ دقيق
اتركيها لتبرد، ثم اخلطي مكونات الفروستنغ حتى تصبح ناعمة ثم ضعيها في كيس حلواني بطرف نجمة ثم زييني المافنز بالواردات والبقدونس

  3. I just made these (with whole wheat flour and fresh spinach), and they are divine. I also put a little corn meal in the bottom of the tins--it makes it easier to come out, gives a little texture, and looks great to boot.
