Those beautiful Cupcakes I've made for my daughter's friends who love Cupcakes & Berries , so I made them those girly & summery Cupcakes ! The visit was back in June , it was then the Strawberry season ,now There are some Strawberries but not everywhere ! forgive me for the late post , but better late than never :)

Those are very easy Cupcakes , you can enjoy them simply without Frosting with a cup of Tea or Coffee ,or you can take them to Picnics or parties , here's the easy yet delicious recipe !

Basic Moist Vanilla Cupcakes.

This is my Basic Vanilla Cupcake recipe that I always use , it's so delicious & moist !

Ingredients: ( I use a big Mug )

Chocolate Buttercream Frosting. Schokoladen Frosting für Cupcakes.

This is a very nice & easy & delicious Frosting for Cupcakes, My aim doing this Frosting was to decrease the amount of Sugar as much as possible because I don't like the very sugary Frosting !
Thanks to my dear friend Noha who gave me Tips for doing those pretty stars on top of each Cupcake. I was really bad in decorating Cupcakes, So don't lose hope if you make bad Cupcake decoration, all you need is more & more training :)

Ingredients:

Apple Cinnamon Oats mini Cakes. Apfel-Zimt-Haferflocken mini Gugelhupf. كيك التفاح بالقرفة والشوفان

Those are really easy & fast Cakes, that I do for the kids often , They are delicious & nutritive for Kids too. The ingredients here are for 6 Cupcakes or mini Cakes & you can double the amount if you want to do more.

Easy Cake Pops. Kuchen am Stiel

My kids love Cake pops , but It's usually hard for me doing a cake ,then crumbling it, then adding it to another mixture,then waiting to cool....etc. It was so much work for an -always busy- Mom like me :) So I thought of doing mini cupcakes & sticking them to a Cake pop stick & it's done!
The result was perfect & unfortunately was finished in half a day , my kids gave to friends & neighbours !
Second day, I loved the Idea, so I made my brownies recipes & cup it in small cubes & inserted wooden skewers in them & were just perfct & kids loved them too .
Here we go with the mini cupcake recipe:

This was out our dessert for the new year!  It was so tasty & delicious.
The cupcakes turned out so pretty that I wanted to shoot them without any additives to the shot! Just the Cupcake alone will make a pretty photo , & I guess it gave me the pretty effect I wanted. just added my cup of Coffee in a pic to add the warm feeling to the picture :))

Ingredients (9 large cupcakes)

Spiced Carrot Cupcakes. Gewürze Möhren Muffins

Those Cupcakes will fill your house with the best Scent ever!!!
Very moist & taste amazing!!!

Ingredients ( 12 Cupcakes)

Spinach-Feta Muffins. Spinat-Feta Muffins. مافنز السبانخ والجبنة الفيتا

 I've made those savory muffins before with Sausages , Today I decided to try the same recipe with Spinach and Feta cheese ,they were unbelievably delicious!! Frosting them with herbal cream cheese was also an amazing idea, they looked really elegant & tempting! I really recommend those muffins for breakfast of brunch ! They are just the perfect choice & my kids loved them too!

Iight Chocolate Cupcakes. Leichte Schoko-Muffins. كب كيك الشكولاتة القليلة السعرات

Those Cupcakes are relatively less in Calories than the ordinary choco-cupcakes. They are very moist from inside & I usually do them a lot in winter because butter never softens when they are outside the fridge , so I find it easier to use oil instead of hard butter -that needs melting-  in those cold days!

Cookie Monster! Me want Cookie :) A famous funny Muppet show character , I've seen some Moster Cookie Cupcake pictures before & I've always thought they were so hard to do, actually they are not, once you know how, then it's very easy & your kids will Love! my kids found it funny & cute. I made those for y Son Ahmed's Christmas School party & I loved the way he was proud of me & the Cupcakes I made!! He pulled each kid in his Class to the Buffet showing them all the "funny" Cupcakes Mom's done :) he even pulled his Class teacher & she was a bit busy with the parents & apologized for not going with him to the Buffet table, so he simply went overe there picking a Cupcake & coming back with a Big proud smile on his face streching his arm directly infront of her face & showing her the Cupcake ,at that moment I had the scary look over my face & felt that the cupcake will stroke her beautifull face! She stepped backwards & smiled & found it "Süß" (cute or sweet). Well, last thing to say is My Cpcakes were finished at once!! All kids wanted to try them, they didn't even look at much better stuff in the Buffet!! :)

I've always heard of Zucchini Cupcakes & Zucchini bread from my friend Noha, I never thought of trying them, I thought incorporating Zucchini in cakes will give it a strange taste, till I  tried those amazingly moist cupcakes. They were really fluffy & moist from inside & my kids loved them & I was happy about the idea of my kids eating Zucchini :)

I´ve always heard from older people that experience does make lots of difference in different fields of life! Today I´ve discovered it myself ! I made those cupcakes maybe 2 years ago & took a picture of them, the cupcakes never tasted that wonderful, they were Good (I thought they were) but now with some minor modifications & some few more baking skills , they turned to be AWESOME!
