This delicious breakfast recipe is a version of the famous Italian Caprese Salad that is made of Tomatoes, Mozzarella & Basil, here I added only Eggs & milk & it was a delicious Breakfast.
Ingredients: (for 4 persons)
4 eggs
300 ml milk
2 Tomatoes cut in slices
2 Mozzarella balls (each is 125 gm)
A bunch of freshly chopped Basil
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Preparation:
Put Olive Oil in a pan & over it a layer of sliced Mozzarella.
put another layer of sliced Tomatoes.
Sprinkle the chopped Basil on top.
Mix Eggs, Milk, Salt & Pepper & pour over the other ingredients.
On medium heat, cook for around 10 minutes.
Slice Mozzarella
*Mozzarella (& Tomaten) in Scheiben schneiden
Put Mozzarella slices then Tomatoes then Basil in a Pan.
*In einer gefettete Pfanne ,Mozzarella, Tomaten & Basilikum schichten.
Put the eggs,milk mixture.
*Mit Eier & Milch gießen
After 10 minutes on medium heat
*Auf mittlere Hitze für 10 minuten kochen.
