PIZZA Tutorial. Schneller Pizzateig (nur 20 minuten)



Pizza! It's my favorite & my kids' favorite lunch! I made it many times & from many trials & errors I came up with some advises I would like to share it with you, these are not expert's Tips. These r only my Tips based on trials & error, nothing more!

1- Kneading the dough is very important, for me kneading with a machine is much better than kneading with hands, kneading for around 8 minutes is important.


2- Leave the dough to REST. If your dough doesn't rest it will never stretch well. Even if you leave it to rest, then tried rolling it out & it was rubbery (doesn't roll out or recoils) then cover it with a towel to rest even for 5-10 minutes then re-roll.

3- If your dough is a little bit sticky, don't worry. You will be adding some flour over your rolling surface, so there will still be more flour added to the dough. Remember you can always add if it is not enough but once too much is added, you can never take it out.

4- Here I'm using the 10 minutes dough. I didn't need to wait for the dough to rise. In case you have a cold kitchen, you can use the following trick to help your dough to rise in such conditions. Open your oven for 10 minutes on medium heat then turn it off & leave the dough to rise inside your oven.

5- If you have a hard dough from the beginning that is not elastic add some little water (1 Table spoon at time ) while kneading & it will get better.

6- You can use this fast dough recipe to make different kind of pastries, pizzas or rolls. The possibilities are endless. Be creative and satisfy your needs.


Now I´ll start with the PERFECT 10 minutes Pizza dough recipe:
(This is a perfect dough that tastes even better then the "waiting 2 hours for the dough to rise" recipe:)

Ingredients:
(This recipe yields 3 large Pizza pans)

First mixture: (always use the same measuring cup )

2 cups Flour (each cup 150 gm) I used all purpose flour
2 cups  warm water
2 packets of yeast (each 10 gm)
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt

Second mixture:

3 cups Flour
1/2 cup Oil

Preparation:

In your mixing Bowl, add the first mixture ingredients & mix well till all ingredients are well incorporated & leave for 10 minutes to rest.
After 10 minutes, add the second mixture ingredients then mix and knead well for 8-10 minutes.
Now your dough is ready to be used immediately, but I left it for 10 more minutes to rest.


Zutaten:
  • Erste Mischung:
  • 2 Becher Mehl (150 g)
  • 2 Becher Wasser
  • 2 Päckchen Trockenhefe
  • 3 EL Zucker
  • 1 TL Salz
  • Zweite Mischung:
  • 3 Becher Mehl
  • 1/2 Becher Öl
 
Zubereitung:
Die Zutaten für die erste Mischung mit einer Küchenmaschine kneten, bis der Teig soeben glatt ist.
10 Minuten ruhen lassen.
Die Zutaten für die zweite Mischung hinzufügen und ca. 8-10 Minuten kneten.
Den Teig ausrollen und auf eine bemehlte Pizzaform legen
Den Teig ausrollen und auf eine bemehlte Pizzaform legen. Im vorgeheizten Backofen (220°C) 5-7 Minuten ohne Belag halb fertig backen.
Ihre Lieblings-Toppings (Tomatensoße, Salami, Paprika, Pilze und Mozzarella) auf die Pizza geben und weitere 10 Minuten backen. Ein perfekter Teig!

After mixing the second mixture you will get a nice & elastic mixture that you can immediately use
*Die Zutaten für die zweite Mischung hinzufügen und ca. 8-10 Minuten kneten.
Prepare your Pizza Pan by spreading some Flour or simply use parchment paper
*Den Teig ausrollen und auf eine bemehlte Pizzaform legen

Roll out your dough & put in the "Preheated oven" 220°C  for 5 minutes  before adding any topping (This step ensures having a well baked Pizza dough specially if you are using a thick dough)

Remove the dough from the oven & add your Pizza Sauce & your favorite topping then RE-enter the oven for another 10 minutes till the dough is completely baked & the Mozzarella melts.
*Ihre Lieblings-Toppings (Tomatensoße, Salami, Paprika, Pilze und Mozzarella) auf die Pizza geben und weitere 10 Minuten backen. Ein perfekter Teig!

  5. Thanks a lot Rina :) there are lots of machines, you can visit mediamarkt or Saturn & see what´s suitable & affordable to you!!, mein is kitchenaid, it´s expensive but the best..there are other less expensive brands like moulinnex which´s also perfect.
