Chicken Balls

500 gm chicken breast fillet
1 medium sized onion1 bundle of parsely
salt & pepper
3/4 c bread crumbs (bo2somaat mat7oon)
oil for frying
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 cups of chicken stock

Mix chicken balls ingredients in a food processor (chicken,onion,parsely,salt,pepper & bread crumbs)
Form small balls with your hands.
Fry in oil.
In a pan add 2 cups of chicken stock & add the fried chicken balls & leave to simmer for 10 minutes (or more according to the size of balls), then turn off the heat & add the whipping cream.

Serve with Fries or Rice.
