Chinese chicken with vegetables.
Ingredients: (for 3-4 persons)
1/2 kilo chicken fillet cut into strips (I cut them into cubes)1 big carrot cut into strips
1 zucchini cut into strips
green,red, & yellow pepper cut into strips
onion,garlic
soy sauce
ginger
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 tablespoon starch
2 cups chicken stock
salt & pepper

Preparation:
In a pan heat some oil & fry chicken till brown from all sides (add salt & pepper).(10 minutes)
Remove from oil & in same pan add the cut veggies & stir for few minutes & remove from oil & in In same pan add chopped onion & garlic ,stir till brown & add ginger,vinegar,chicken stock, when they boil add starch diluted in some water, then add the chicken & veggies.
Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
