Chinese fried Chicken with sweet & sour Sauce


Chinese fried chicken with sweet & sour sauce.

Ingredients: (for 5-6 persons)

For the chicken:
1 kilo chicken fillet cut in small cubes
1 c flour
2 table spoons starch
3 eggs
1/2 c milk
salt & pepper
Oil for frying

For the sweet & sour Sauce:
1 large chopped onion
5-6 chopped Garlic cloves
1 Table spoon chopped fresh Ginger
2 Table spoon vinegar
3 Tablespoon Soy sauce
2  cups chicken stock
2 teaspoons starch
3-4 Tablespoons Oil


Preparation:

Chicken:
 Mix the chicken with other  ingredients & leave for 2 hours then fry chicken & leave till u prepare sweet & sour sauce.

Sweet & sour sauce:
Chop 1 onion & 2 garlic cloves & fry in 3 tablespoons oil till yellow,then add 1 table spoon fresh ginger (I used powder).
Add 2 Tsp.vinegar,3 Tsp. soy sauce & 1/2 c sugar & stir, add 2 cups chicken stock & leave till boiling .
 Lastly add 2 tsp. starch diluted in some water to thicken the sauce.
 Add chicken to the sauce & cut green-red pepper on top & serve with noodles or rice.
