Sausage Mushroom Quiche


For the dough:
1 & 1/2 cup flour( I use a mug) 175-200 gm .
125 gm soft butter
1 egg
a pinch of salt
2-3 Tablespoons water

For the filling:
4 eggs
200 ml whipping cream
100 gm grated Gouda cheese
100 gm grated mozzarella
2 large hot dogs (Sausages) sliced
100 gm fresh mushrooms sliced
2 table spoons sliced olives
2 table spoons sliced scallions
salt,pepper & Thyme (according to taste).

Preheat the oven to 200°C
Mix the dough ingredients & knead in hands then roll out in a 26 cm tart form .
Make some holes in the dough with fork , then cover with parchment paper & with nearly 500 gm beans (for blind baking).
Enter the oven for 10 minutes then remove the parchment paper & beans & re-enter the oven for 15 more minutes.

Prepare the filling ingredients , by mixing all ingredients together (except 2 table spoons of Mozzarella to sprinkle on top).
