Soup season has started at our home :) This is a a family favourite Soup, so easy & takes only 5 minutes preparation & 10 minutes to be ready!
Ingredients:
1 medium sized Broccoli (cut & washed)
1 medium sized Onion
1 celery stick
3 Cardamoms
2 bay leaves
3 cups soup (Chicken or vegetable)
200 ml cream
2 teaspoons starch (or flour)
Salt
Preparation:
Put all ingredients (except Cream & starch) in a pot over the oven,wait till in boils (5 minutes) then reduce the heat & let it simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Remove the bay leaves & Cardamom.
Take away from the oven & Puree the soup with a hand mixer or in a stand mixer.
dissolve starch in cream & add it to the soup & return back to the oven on medium heat till it boils & thickens then remove from heat & then add Salt according to taste.
Tips:
*You can increase or decrease the amount of Starch according to the thickness you want. or you don't have to use it at all.
*You can also do your soup without Cream at all to make it low fat: just dissolve starch in 1/2 cup water & add it as a final step in the soup.

المكونات: 1 بروكولي متوسطة / 1 بصلة متوسطة / 1 كرفس / 3 حبهان /2 ورق لورا / 3 كوب شوربة / 200 مل كرما لبني / 2
ملعقة شاي نشا (أو دقيق) / ملح
الطريقة :*ينظف البروكولي ويقطع وردة صغيرة. * توضع كل المكونات (ما عدة الكريمة والنشا) على حلة على النار وتسخن حتى الغليان ثم تهدي النار و تترك لتستوي (حوالي 5-7 دقائق ). * ترفع من النار و ننزع منها الحبها وورق اللورا وتوضع في خلاط ثم تضرب لتصبح ناعمة . * نذوب النشا في الكريم و نضعه للشوربة و نسخن على النار حتى الغليان حتى تصبح سميكة .
