It's Cookies season & We've already started baking over here :) The kids did some amazing Cookies that I will add the recipes for soon!!
Those Cookies are a personal favourite for me & the kids, the taste somehow like Brownies & are so delicious with a cup of milk!
Enjoy the easy recipe!
Ingredients: (for 18)
120 gm Butter
2/3 Cup Sugar
150 gm Dark Chocolate
1 Egg + 1 Packet Vanilla
1 Cup Flour (150 gm)
1 Tea spoon Baking powder
1 Table spoon dark Cocoa powder
A pinch of Salt
200 gm Chocolate chips
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Melt the Dark Chocolate with the Butter over low heat while stirring.
Beat the Egg,Vanilla, Sugar, then add the dry ingredients & keep beating (you will have a very thick batter)
Add the melted Butter with Chocolate & beat will (the dough will be sticky)
Finally add the Chocolate chips & mix with a spoon.
Prepare your parchment paper & with a small ice cream scoop place 1 scoop at a time with some distance between Cookies.
Enter the Oven for nearly 12 minutes & take them out to cool!
Tips:
*You get the Cookies out of the oven while they are still soft because they will harden a bit after cooling.
Never wait for your Cookies to harden inside the oven.
*Make Sure that the cooking time depends on the size of your Cookies, the small Cookies need less time & the Big ones need more time!

Chocolate Cookies
120 g Butter
2/3 Tasse Zucker (150 g)
150 g Bitter Schokolade
1 Ei + 1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
1 Tasse Mehl (150 g)
1 Teelöffel Backpulver
1 EL Kakaopulver
Eine Prise Salz
200 g Schokotröpfchen
Zubereitung:
Backofen auf 180°C vorheizen.
Butter & Bitter Schockolade auf schwache Hitze schmelzen.
Ei, Vanillezucker & Zucker schlagen.
Die trockene zutaten geben & glatt rühren ( Dicker Teig)
Die Butter-Schocklade mischung geben & glatt rühren (Klerbriger Teig)
Die Schokotröpfchen geben & mit einem Löffel rühren.
Auf eines (mit ausgelegtem Backpapier) Blech , mit einem Eisporsioniere kugel teig geben mit großen abstand zueianander setzen.
Im Backofen ca. 12 minuten Backen.
