Crispy fried chicken

This a very nice recipie that is ideal for kids too.

Ingredients:





Chicken breast fillet
finely chopped onion
3-4 garlic cloves
Salt & Pepper
Yogurt
Corn flakes (crushed)
Oil for frying

Preparation:
Marinade chicken breast fillet in onion,salt, peper,garlic & yogurt.
leave for 3-4 hours.
Coat with crushed corn flakes & press well with your fingers & leave in fridge for 30 minutes,then,
Fry in oil.

Enjoy your crispy chicken with french fries or pasta.

    1. Before frying..Coat with corn flakes then leave in fridge for 30 minutes then fry.
