Stuffed Vine leaves. Gefüllte Weinblätter.

Stuffed Vine leaves is one of my favourite dishes. I don't usually do it a lot as I'm too slow in wrapping the leaves (unlike my Mom who taught me this recipe) , but it's a family favourite & we do it usually in Egypt for Guests as it's a very special & delicious dish.

Here's the recipe that I always use , some people add some cooked Minced meat to the filling, but I personally prefer it only with Rice & Herbs.

Cinnabon is an amazing dessert that I & my family love, I prefer it with Caramel Sauce instead of the cream cheese one, This is the recipe that I always use & it's always perfect & the whole family loves it too! I hope you try it & give me your feedback.

Caramel Sauce. Karamellsoße. صوص الكراميل

I Never imagined that hommemade Caramel Sauce will be that amazing & tasty!!
This recipe i came up with after trying a lot of other recipes, some were so thick like Candy, some were too runny & some were too sweet!!
I made it with Cinnabons & it was the perfect treat with a cup of Coffe!!
You can also serve with Ice cream or Cupcakes or any other dessert of your choice!

Grilled Lamb chops with herbs. Gegrilltes Lammkotelett mit Kräuter. الريش الضاني المشوية بالاعشاب

This is an easy delicious way to do Lamb Kotletts or chops, it's done in nearly 10 minutes after maination for few hours!
we usually eat Lamb meat in Egypt more in our feast which is coming up soon, & we usually eat it with "Fattah"  (recipe here: http://drolacooks.blogspot.de/2012/10/egyptian-fattah-rice-meat-bread-dish.html ).
or you can simply serve it with Rice or French fries!

This is an easy & light Salad that I do like to eat as light dinner or as a snack between meals.

This is an easy & nice Tart recipe, it's a mixture of a bit sweet & salty taste, hope you try it because I'm sure you'll like it.

This is a very easy Pasta, ideal for Summer & for Vegetarians . It's done in 20 minutes & you can use your favourite veggies , you can eat it warm or even cool , in both cases it's tasty & amazing!

 Salmon is my favourite Fish ! I love its taste & it's a regular weekly dish in our house! It's also done in 10 minutes & that's what makes me love it even more! I'm sure many of you know this super-easy recipe , but, I just like to share my recipe, maybe some people don't yet know it!
