This spiced delicious Rice is oneof my mother's amazing recipes that I've always loved as a side dish or a whole meal !

Sticky Date Pudding (Cake). Schokoladen Kuchen mit Daten. كيك البلح بالشكولاتة



This recipe I found in an American Book I have & they call it "pudding" not Cake! I really don't know why, it has the Cake ingredients with a little difference in the preparation!
I tried it & it was amazing, with many flavours i like. I'm sure who ever tries it will love it too :)

Ingredients: (22 cm Cake Pan)

Chocolate Sauce (Ganache) . Schokoladensoße. صوص الشكولاتة


Ingredients : 

200 ml Whipping cream (liquid)
200 gm Semisweet Chocolate
1 Teaspoon Butter (optional)

Stuffed Vine leaves. Gefüllte Weinblätter.


Stuffed Vine leaves is one of my favourite dishes. I don't usually do it a lot as I'm too slow in wrapping the leaves (unlike my Mom who taught me this recipe) , but it's a family favourite & we do it usually in Egypt for Guests as it's a very special & delicious dish.

Here's the recipe that I always use , some people add some cooked Minced meat to the filling, but I personally prefer it only with Rice & Herbs.
