Chocolate mousse. Schokoladenmousse. مووس الشكولاتة
I love everything with Chocolate & I guess my kids too inherited this from me :) I wanted to do something chocolaty & had no time for cakes or cookies , so I made this amazing super-easy Chocolate mousse that I did long ago but failed as it turned out grainy :( Now with more kitchen experience, I did it & it was too good , too fast, too easy!! here's this 2 ingredients delicious recipe:

Popcorn-Chocolate Bars. Popcorn-Schokostangen. رقائق الفشار بالشكولاتة
My kids & I love both Popcorn & Chocolate, so I thought of combining them together & to see what will I get! I got an incredible taste & my kids asked me to make them some for their friends to taste! I thinks those bars are really nice for kids parties or birthdays, they r made only of 2 ingredients.

Who doesn't love Classic fried Chicken?? I've never met anyone who doesn't! It's a personal favourite for old & young! I was searching in lovely Sarah Carey's videos & her Wonerfull easy recipes & at last I found the ultimate crispy, juicy & deliciuos fried Chicken recipe. I made some Chcanges to Sarah Carey's recipe as I didn't have Buttermilk at home so I marinaded it yogurt instead.

I've always heard of Zucchini Cupcakes & Zucchini bread from my friend Noha, I never thought of trying them, I thought incorporating Zucchini in cakes will give it a strange taste, till I tried those amazingly moist cupcakes. They were really fluffy & moist from inside & my kids loved them & I was happy about the idea of my kids eating Zucchini :)

Egyptian Fattah (Rice-Meat-Bread dish). Ägyptische Fattah .الفتة المصرية
Egyptian Fattah is a traditional Egyptian delicious dish made of Rice, Meat (usually lamb meat) , crispy bread & tomato Sauce. It's the main dish in the fist day of our Islamic feast (Eid-al-adha) amoung every Muslim Family. We do this dish the whole year usually using cow meat, but in the Feast we do it using Lamb meat & It's more delicious.

Zimtsterne. Cinnamon stars Cookies. كوكيز اللوز والقرفة
These Cookies are very famous in Germany & are called "Zimtsterne" ,meaning Cinnamon stars, They are usually done around Christmas holidays , It's a way of celebrating Christmas by baking different types of Cookies. I did them with the kids in our feast as we also celebrate our feasts by baking Cookies .
They r so easy made of only 4 ingredients.

Pumpkin Cream Casserole. Kürbis-Creme-Auflauf. صينية القرع العسلي
Pumpkins always remind me of my childhood memories in the States when we used to "hardly" Curve Pumpkins with friends for Halloween, It's been so hard for a 10 year old girl, I thought now it would definetly be easier but surprisingly I found it still hard :( maybe this is due to a bad knife or a hard pumpkin, but anyway, the taste of this pumpkin-cream Casserole is worth the effort :))

This is a delicious Turkish dessert that was brought to Egypt & middle east during the Ottoman Empire. We usually do it & eat it a lot in Egypt during the holy month of Ramadan (our fasting month), but it is sold through the whole year in all dessert shops. I love it & this is my mother's easy & delicious recipe.

Egyptian Rice stuffed Cabbage. (Ägyptischer) Reis gefüllter Kohl .
This is a traditional Egyptian delicious dish , It's White Cabbage stuffed with Rice with some herbs & some people add some minced meat to the stuffing mixture. The recipe is a bit long but easy. I tried to simplify it as much as I can with pictures (specially for non-Egyptians) , I hope you'll like it!
